And I'm doing just that. Got all dressed up and had absolutely nowhere to go. Truth is, I've bought this dress months ago and have yet to wear it. Then I thought to myself, why wait to wear it when I can wear it now? So I pranced around in this poufy dress. It was fun. Guess I need to take more risks.

As my mom would always say, "You're not getting any younger."

Around 7:00PM to about 7:30PM, I find the natural light to be amazing. The light has a rich, warm tone that fascinates me whenever I'm out and about or driving west right before sunset. On the other hand, I want to take photos when the sun rises. Pretty sure it'll give off a completely different vibe and tone. Need to train my sleep cycle so that on my days off, I'll wake up around 6 0r 7 and not the usual noon.

As far as the dress, it's my new favorite. I actually have a lot of favorites but this is my current favorite. It can be dressed down or dressed up. Day or night kind of dress. The color and print of the dress makes it suitable during the day and the sequins make it a great date night dress. Don't be surprised if I wear this dress more than once!

Excuse my uneven pant leg. I guess it shows that I'm a normal person and not even close to perfect (not that anyone said that I was hahaha). Okay I'll be honest. My right calf is chunkier than my left. There I said it! HAHAHA. Anyway, today was spent in my 4 hour Finance class (learning about how to become a millionaire was the best part), late lunch at Yardhouse in Shoreline Village, and watching Fast Five. It was a pretty chill day spent with the mister which I absolutely love.

It was a beautiful day in LA! Had lunch at Kalbi Burger, went to LACMA, and walked around The Grove with the boyfriend. Love spending time with him!

Met my boyfriend when he got off at work to spend some time by the beach and eat some delicious In-n-Out. He works not too far from the beach so we stopped by the marina to take a couple photos.

I'm going through an In-n-Out phase right now. It's pretty bad. For the longest, I only ate fries (yes, only fries but with spread!) but I recently discovered chopped chilies and I add them to my burgers all the time now. Also, I wasn't too fond of animal style but now I love it. #2 cheeseburger animal style with chopped chilies please!

Spent the day with the boyfriend at Disneyland and Irvine Regional Park. Since we both have annual passes to Disneyland, we spend our time there depending on how busy it is (especially when there are a million high school kids there for grad day/night). Since it was quite busy, we just had lunch at Cafe Orleans (one of my favorite restaurants in Disneyland!). Afterwards, we headed to Irvine Regional Park to stroll and came across peacocks! They were absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Till next time!

A couple of photos taken in the last two months. Vegas, Texas, food adventures in LA. Kind of combined all the photos in one post since I haven't been taking photos lately. Kind of a hassle haha. Anyway, school is finally over (well at least spring semester) and I have a whole week of nothing to do before summer session. Well not necessarily "nothing to do" since I have plenty to do in the next week but I'll be updating frequently since I'm only taking one class per session. I'm sure I'll have time to post!

Hello everyone! Just wanted to stop by and say that I haven't forgotten about my blog! I know I use the same excuse over and over but I'm just trying to get by with school and work. I went to Dallas over the weekend to visit my brother so in a few days I'll be posting photos from my first trip to Texas! And normally, since summer break is around the corner, I would have more time to blog BUT I'll be attending summer session (business finance and human sexuality) throughout the entire summer. I'm taking 7 classes in the fall (hopefully, since I have to pass calculus before I can get into micro and macroeconomic theory which are prerequisites for my other economic class I should be taking in the spring blehhhh) and then 4 more classes during spring semester before I graduate. Can't wait to FINALLY graduate next spring!

Taking a little break from Business Calculus so here's a couple photos from yesterday. My boyfriend and I went to the Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens. Beautiful place and it was a beautiful day yesterday (or Saturday since it's technically Monday).

For awhile now, I've noticed that my metabolism is starting to slow down (not a lot, but it's a bit noticeable). I'm pretty sure it is because of the delicious food I've been eating the past few years. You can't win it all! Therefore, I think it's time for me to start working out hahaha!

Lately, I've been attempting to remodel my room. Mainly, just trying to organize my forever growing closet. In the past few months, I've been buying pieces that I absolutely LOVE and I want to make them easily accessible in the mornings (or nights) because it's just too much to sort through half asleep haha! Romantic. Draping. Dusty pink. Happy Valentine's Day Bloggers! Thought this dress was appropriate for the occasion (not that I'm doing anything since the boyfriend works and I have school).

And I apologize for how slightly blurry the outfit photo is (the last two photos were taken by yours truly). Boyfriend's vision isn't at his best lately (his photos are a hit and miss and obviously today was a miss) and will be getting glasses soon. To be honest, I'm not really complaining but I will say he's going to be looking extra handsome with glasses!

Meet my new favorite pair of shoes! I wanted to get the black version at first but let's face it, I wear A LOT of blacks and wanted to spice up my wardrobe especially for spring. Surprisingly, these shoes go with a majority of my wardrobe so yay!

Still recovering from the cold I got while I was in New York. It really doesn't help that school was, to my surprised, hectic as usual. Somehow, I under estimated how much work is being demanded from all of my classes ESPECIALLY when it involves taking Business Calculus and Business Statistics. Too much numbers involved. I'm also still working, but thankfully, just over the weekends.
Pretty much, this is all I've been wearing since coming back from New York. A cardigan, oversized top, skinnies, and boots topped off with a hat. Nothing special, just trying to be comfortable for class since I have to walk a million miles to upper campus this semester (as opposed to the CBA building which is literally, 20 feet from where I usually park).

What I wore when my boyfriend and I went to Chelsea Market to do some browsing. We did not get to browse as much as we'd like to but there's always next time!

And you're probably wondering how am I wearing platform sandals in winter. I wore knee socks over two pairs of stockings underneath my trousers and my toes did not freeze at all.

I know I said I was going to update more but I was in New York last week and did not have time to post although I did bring my MacBook. Oh wells. Better late than never right? Anyway, this is what I wore on my first night after grabbing a bite to eat at Shake Shack. I took my boyfriend there and he absolutely loved it.

In the next few days, I will post more photos of the trip. I actually caught the cold on the last night and I have been recovering all weekend and today was the first day of the semester! So glad that I don't start work this week until Friday! I'll have time in between classes to update this blog more often and to recover from my cold.

Hello everyone! Just wanted to drop by and post the only legit photo of myself during my birthday dinner the other night! Hahaha. I do have an excuse for why I was looking like a hot mess that night. Work. Not sure if I mentioned it on here, but I've been working at H&M once again the past month. It has been pleasant but before this photo was taken, I worked a 9hr shift! And yes, I was wearing the H&M x lanvin one shoulder yellow dress. Advantages of working at H&M: seeing what Lanvin pieces customers return and snagging it during my lunch break!
