I miss my dad so much

This is the second time this week I've been feeling a bit blue due to the fact that I miss my Dad terribly. About a half a year ago my Dad passed away and it just doesn't get any easier. Everyday I come home to an empty house and there I face reality with the sound of silence and the absent of my his laughter. And all the time, I long for my Dad's physical presence everytime I enviously watch a father and daughter go about their business everywhere I go. I should keep this short before I drown you all with my misery. Tomorrow will be a better today.

I guess you won't feel any better if I tell you these sentences that we are used to hear in these cases.

Any word about him will make you feel better, or complete or even less sad.
I used to think that we should remember people for what thye did, and not for what they're not gonna be able to do.

I don't know if you'll understand my horrible english.

I really hope you feel better tomorrow, I like the way you smiled in other pics.

LOTS OF LOVE from Spain

I'm sorry about your loss. Lost my dad 7 1/2 years ago, and it does get easier, but sometimes I think about him at the most random moment and I get a terrible pain in my chest because I miss him so much. Just take it one day at a time and go from there. Hope you have a great day :-)

Alas, though as Peter clearly states to the Corinthians "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord" I have to empathize with your loss inasmuch as I too miss my Dad more that I have the ability to say. I go to the cemetery to honor his memory and my friends say he's not there. It's true, but that part of him that I knew is there and it's the consequences of my darkest phobia which compels me to return. Yes, a better place awaits but it is the waiting that makes the missing more difficult. I hope you find comfort in your memories of your Dad for the rest of your days. Respectfully.

I feel sorry for ur loss, and i understand d sadness u had gone thru.. My dad fell ill a few months back n luckily he managed to recover after he got d pacemaker fixed, everyday i pray that he would live longer (as a matter of fact that he's now 81 yr old n its a blessing that he's still with us) n i could see him physically..
